**Terms & Conditions:
- Rider Bucks can only be redeemed by the VIC Reward account holder. Membership/Points are non-transferable.
- Rider Bucks must be redeemed within 30 days of print date.
- Points and Rewards cannot be redeemed for cash or cash equivalent, applied to past purchases, used as payment on an account, or used to purchase Gift cards. No implied warranties.
- The value of the purchase must be greater than the value of the Rider Buck.
- The dollar value of the Reward(s) will be prorated across items purchased and reflected on your receipt. If you return merchandise purchased with the Reward, the dollar value of the Reward allocated to item(s) returned will be converted to Reward Points and credited to your account.
- Reward Points have a one year expiration date, effective January 1, 2016. Points earned prior to January 1, 2016 have been grandfathered and will carry an expiration date of December 31, 2016.
- Beartooth Harley and its dealerships, are not responsible for Lost, Stolen, or damaged Rider Buck.
- Beartooth Harley and its dealerships, reserves the right to discontinue Reward privileges and/or void member’s point balance if the points were issued, received, or redeemed thru human or computer error, theft, fraud, illegal means, or in any manner inconsistent with the intent of the program.
